What the blend tastes like
Biancolilla makes up 80% of the blend and brings a lighter, more delicate fruity character. Nocellara del Belice makes up the remaining 20% and adds more structure, including gentle bitter and peppery notes.
The result is an everyday extra virgin olive oil that works both raw and in cooking, without forcing you to choose between a very mild oil and an aggressively intense one.
Why the two-tin format is practical
You can open one 5 L tin and leave the second sealed. That reduces the time the full 10-litre quantity spends exposed after opening and makes the pack easier to handle in a home kitchen.
Keep the tins away from heat and direct light and close the opened tin carefully after use.
