Orders are prepared in Ribera and entrusted to GLS. The checkout always shows the final shipping cost for the destination entered.
Italy
Standard shipping to Italian destinations is free. Locations classified by GLS as remote or disadvantaged areas are subject to a fixed €25 surcharge per order, applied automatically after the postcode is entered.
Dispatch schedule
Orders normally leave on Tuesday. Orders received by Saturday are generally prepared for the following Tuesday; orders placed from Sunday onward may move to the next week’s dispatch.
European Union destinations
For enabled EU destinations, rates depend on destination and quantity. The checkout remains the definitive reference.

Tracking
After the parcel is handed to GLS, tracking information is provided. The tracking code may take a few hours to become active.
Excluded destinations
We currently do not ship to non-EU countries or territories requiring special customs procedures, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Additional areas may be excluded directly at checkout.
