Right of withdrawal
Except for the exclusions provided by Article 59 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, consumers may withdraw from a purchase without penalty and without giving a reason within 14 days from the day they, or a third party appointed by them other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.
For multiple goods ordered together and delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received.

Goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice of withdrawal. Direct return costs are borne by the consumer unless otherwise stated.
Perishable fresh products
If you are unsure about a specific product, contact us before returning anything.
Damaged, missing or incorrect goods
Keep the packaging and contents and contact us as soon as possible. Photos of the box, shipping label and affected products help us verify the issue quickly.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it is made without undue delay and within the time limits required by law, normally using the same payment method used for the purchase unless expressly agreed otherwise.
